摘 要:目的对不同血细胞分析仪进行结果比对和质量控制。方法每天随机选取高、中、低值患者标本至少8例,共分析5d。以XT-1800i评价本室其他2台血细胞分析仪结果[白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比积(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)],同时还用全血质控品对各台血细胞分析仪进行质控(WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、MCV)。结果XT-1800i与KX-21和PENTRA60分析结果的偏差均在可接受范围内,而XT-1800i与KX-21和PENTRA60分析结果的相关性很好,r>0.975或r2>0.95。结论XT-1800i、KX-21和PENTRA60在临床应用中可以相互替换使用。Objective To compare the results obtained from different hematocyte analyzers and eatablish quality control program for complete blood analysis. Methods At least eight species with high, medium and low value were selected daily at random and analyzed for five days. With XT-1800i as evaluation standard, the results of blood parameters (WBC, PLT, RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT and MCV) obtained from the other two hematocyte analyzers were evaluated and compared; meanwhile, whole blood whole blood regent was applied to performing quality control for all hematocyte analyzers. Results Result bias between XT-1800i and KX-21, PENTRA60 was within the acceptable range, while the results obtained from three instruments were closely correlated (r〉0. 975 ,r^2〉0. 95). Conclusion XT-1800i, KX-21 and PENTRA60 in clinical application can be used to replace each other.
