医学检验专业毕业生质量调查与分析

摘　　要：为全面了解哈尔滨医科大学大庆校区医学检验专业毕业生的质量，本课题组对2001届～2004届毕业生的有关状况进行了问卷调查和统计学分析。结果显示，用人单位对毕业生的总体评价良好。通过用人单位对毕业生在道德品质、专业素质、知识水平和业务能力等方面的总体评价及对学校教学质量的反馈，进一步完善了经常性的反馈渠道和评价体系，为今后学校的教学改革提供了重要的参考依据。In order to evaluate the quality of undergraduates in laboratory diagnostic medicine who graduated from 2001 to 2004, some questions were investigated and statistical data were analyzed. The resalts showed that most of the undergraduates were satisfied by the employers. The general evaluation in morality, professional quality, knowledge level and professional capability of the graduates and the feedbacks about our teaching quality from the employers help us to set up a regular channel of feedback and evaluation system and provide us the essential reference for the future teaehing reform in our university.
