摘 要:机动时间特性研究是对项目进度进行科学管理的基础。为了分析路线机动时间和关键路线法(CPM)网络机动时间特性,本文利用几类机动时间概念,特别是总时差,前、后共用时差,双单和双共时差,在机动时间定理基础上,提出了路线机动时间守恒定理及推论、CPM网络机动时间不守恒定理和最大最小值定理,并给予了严格证明。最后,通过算例,进行了分析和验证。The study of float properties is the basis of scientific project planning and controlling. In order to analyze path float and critical path method (CPM) network float properties, several concepts of float are applied, especial total Float, forward common and back common float, forward-back float and forward back common float. Based on float theorem, several theorems and conclusions of float properties of path and CPM network are deduced including path float conservation theorem and lemma, CPM network float in conservation theorem and max-rain of CPM network float theorem. All of theorems and conclusions are proved strictly. Finally, material analysis and validation of the theories are implemented by example.
