摘　　要：首先介绍了中石化武汉分公司数据采集系统的具体需求,然后基于Aspen公司的Infoplus.21实时数据库,针对分公司多套复杂工艺过程装备特点,设计开发了3种不同数据采集方案:CIM-IO、人工录入和专用接口。实现了读取、整合不同数据源数据、共享厂级信息和实时监视生产过程等功能。It introduces the material needs of the data acquisition system in Sinopec Wuhan branch. Based on the character of many complex technique equipments in the branch, it designs the different acquisition projects in real- time database Infoplus. 21 of the Aspen. The projects includes CIM- IO, artificial input and special interface. The system turns the functions of reading and settling different data, shares the information in the whole factory to supervise the work process into reality, provides a good basis for the coming Manufacturing Execution System.
