摘　　要：对７９例因月经过多、不孕或习惯性流产的患者在宫腔镜下经宫颈行子宫内膜切除术、子宫粘膜下肌瘤切除术和子宫纵隔切除术，代替了常规须进行的剖腹切开子宫甚或子宫切除术。宫腔镜下手术创伤小，出血少，并发症少，可在门诊施术，随着经验积累和技术改进。In this report,79 endometrial ablations, myomectomies and uterine septum incisions were done transcervically with intrauterine resectoscope to treat menorrhagia,infertility and recurrent abortion.These disorders usually required operation which classically has been abdominal hysterotomy or hysterectomy. These operations are less traumatic and bleeding, the morbidity is lower and the patient comfort is greater. The procedures can be carried out in the clinic. Due to many technical improvement and the increasing experience,it has become a feasible, efficient and safe technique.
