长株潭城市生态一体化建设的动力机制分析

摘　　要：区域经济的一体化发展与城市生态的一体化建设之间是一种对立统一的关系。区域城市生态建设一体化是实现区域一体化的重要标志与条件。城市生态系统是由社会、经济和自然三个亚系统复合而成的、由城市居民与其周围环境相互作用而形成的网络结构。长株潭区域一体化过程中的城市生态建设一体化的动力机制,在客观上由动力(行为)主体、基础驱动力以及内部驱动力与外部驱动力四个部分组成。在当前情况下,应强化生态建设一体化的思想观念,完善生态建设一体化的管理制度,开发和推广城市生态建设一体化的技术手段,以产业升级促进城市生态环境的改善,以更快地促进长株潭城市生态的一体化建设。The relation between the development of regional economic integranon and the construction of the urban ecology integration is one kind of unity of opposites. The construcnon of the urban ecology integration is an important sign and condition of regional economies integration. The urban ecosystem is composed of three sub-systems, i.e. social, economical and natural systems, which form a network in which the urbanhabitants interact with the environment. The dynamic mechanism of the urban ecology integration construction under the condition of regional economy integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, is composed of four aspects, i.e. the driving force （behavioral） agent, the basic driving force, the internal and external driving forces. At the present situation, the countermeasures of the urban ecology integration construction, such as strengthening the idea ecology construction integration, consummanng system of the management of the urban ecology construction integration, developing the technical method, improving the ecological environment by the promotion of industry and so on, should be carried out to develop the urban ecology integration construction of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.
