双加压L形钢板治疗股骨髁上、髁间骨折的初步报告

摘　　要：股骨髁上、髁间骨折的治疗十分困难，疗效常不理想。为此，作者设计了双加压Ｌ形钢板。该钢板是在普通Ｌ形钢板基础上改进而来，其短臂上有一导引孔和加压螺栓。该钢板安放位置准确，可有效地避免膝内、膝外翻畸形。加压螺栓可对股骨髁粉碎性骨块进行横向加压，其固定性能可靠，病人使用后可早期在ＣＰＭ仪上进行功能锻炼。应用该钢板治疗股骨髁上和髁间骨折１９例，随访１～３．５年，总优良率达９４．７％。认为值得推广运用。Treatment of supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur is very difficult, and the result is not ideal. So the authors designed the double compressoin Lshaped plate (modified from the common LShaped plate). There is a guide hole and a bolt in the short arm of this device. The plate can be inserted exactly into desired place through a guide pin. Therefore knee varus and valgus deformities could be avoided. The bolt in the plate can transversely compress the fragments of condylar fracture, consequently performance of its fixation is reliable. The patient can move the involved knee on CPM device early after operation. We have used this device to treat 19 cases with supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur. The patients were followed for 1 to 3.5 yers and 94.7 per cent of them had good results. The double compression Lshaped plate is worth recommending.
