摘  要:目的:研究顶体反应后人精子膜脂中主要脂肪酸的含量变化,以此探讨膜脂肪酸参与精子顶体反应的重要性。方法:用孕酮诱发精子顶体反应,并用特殊染色法评价顶体反应率。同时采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析精子顶体反应前后膜脂肪酸的组成和含量变化。结果:与对照组相比,发生顶体反应后,精子细胞主要脂肪酸成分未发生明显变化,但一些不饱和脂肪酸如花生四烯酸和廿二碳六烯酸的含量有显著升高。结论:人精子膜脂中个别脂肪酸可能参与并在顶体反应过程中起重要作用。Objective To observe the variance of main fatty acids in membrane lipid of human sperm after acrosome reaction (AR), and thus to investigate their potential role in AR. Methods Progestone was used to induce the sperm AR, and the pattern of AR was evaluated by a special staining. Meanwhile, gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was used to analyze the composition and quantity variance of the membrane fatty acids in the spermatozoa before and after AR. Results As compared with the control group, when AR took place, the composition of main fatty acids in human spermatozoa did not changed very much, however, the quantity of some unsaturated fatty acids, such as arachidonic acid and dcosahexaenoic acid increased significantly. Conclusion Some fatty acids of the human sperm plasma membrane may play an important role during AR.
