摘　　要：目的研究分析6城市贫困居民对医疗救助模式的评价,为医疗救助模式的建设和改进提供合理的政策建议。方法利用中英城市社区卫生与贫困救助资助项目的1116名贫困居民的调查数据,分析其对医疗救助模式的评价。结果87.2%的贫困居民认为救助的申请、确认过程透明公正,70.1%的贫困居民认为医疗救助比较方便、公平,但医疗救助体系仍需进一步发展和完善。结论城市医疗救助模式已经基本建立起来,但其改进和完善还需要一个漫长的过程。OBJECTIVE To study on the assessment of six urban poor people to the model of medical assistance, afford the reasonable policy and measures for the establishment of the model of medical assistance. METHODS 1 116 Urban poor people were stratified randomized choose as sampled population. The data were collected by survey by household survey. RESULTS The process of application and affirmation is open and fair, the medical assistance of urban poor people is convenient and just. But the system of medical assistance still need to develop and improve. CONCLUSIONS Though the basic model has been established, the government still has much work to do for the improvement and completion of medical assistance .
