摘 要:通过对储层伤害和裂缝伤害的定量模拟实验发现,对于孔隙喉道狭窄的特低渗透扶杨油层,"压裂液滤液伤害"是影响扶杨油层改造效果的主要因素,同时,还首次提出了低渗透油层压裂液滤液返排时存在"启动压力"的观点。另外,根据不同压差与时间条件下岩心渗透率恢复的室内实验结果,提出了采用较大返排压差的工艺及技术措施,通过现场试验取得了较好的改造效果,为特低渗透油层进一步提高单井产能提供了实用方法。Based on quantitative simulation test of reservoir damage and fracture damage, we realize that fracturing fluid filtrate damage is the main factor to influence the stimulation effects in Fuyang reservoir. Meanwhile, the viewpoint of existence of open pressure is proposed when fracturing fluid filtrate in low permeable reservoir flows back. In addition, based on the lab experimental results of core permeability recover under various pressure differences and time, flowback pressure differences technology and measure are used. It achieves good effects in field test and provides practical method for further improving single well production in ultra-low permeable reservoir.
