摘 要:通过栽培和解剖方法,对吊兰(Chlorophytum comosum)根茎的生长发育特征进行了观察。结果表明,未见有根状茎;枝上有些小叶簇或小植株具有球状或膨大的茎轴,并且气生根从球状茎轴上发生;地下肉质根具强烈增厚的皮层,气生根特别是地下肉质根的皮层中具有许多储水细胞;小叶簇的球状茎轴、气生根以及肉质根内含有针晶簇。因此认为"根状茎"用于吊兰是误用;枝茎上基部球状的小叶簇是变态侧芽或顶芽,相当于珠芽营养繁殖体。The growth and development characteristics of roots and stems of Chlorophytum comosum were observed through the cultivating and dissecting. The results showed that C. comosum was not seen to be with any rhizome: On the branches there were some small leaf fascicles or plantlets, some of which were individually with a globular or dilatate base stem axle where the aerial roots took places. The subterraneous succulent roots were of intensely inerassate cortices, and there were lots of water cells in the cortices of the succulent and the aerial roots especially in the former. There were some raphide druses in the globular stems and the aerial roots of the small leaf fascicles and in the succulent roots. It was considered that the term rhizome was misusage to C. comosum, and the small leaf fascicle with a globular stem axle was essentially an abnormal lateral or apical bud which could be as a bulblet of vegetative brood body.
