摘  要:[目的]分析小麦茎秆的抗拉能力。[方法]以水分含量51.3%、自然状态下干燥的0158-2小麦成熟期去鞘茎秆为材料,研究小麦茎秆的抗拉能力。[结果]由应力-应变曲线可知,随着变形的增大,应力逐渐增大,达到最大值时出现断裂。由负荷-时间曲线可知,随着时间的变化,负荷线性增大。负荷随着变形的增大而增大。水分为51.3%时小麦茎秆的弹性模量范围为1 012.0~1 511.0 MPa,强度极限范围为30.9~134.7 MPa;干燥时小麦茎秆的弹性模量范围为2 672.3~4 593.0 MPa,强度极限范围为29.8~119.0 MPa。水分含量越高,小麦茎秆的弹性模量越小,强度极限也越小。[结论]小麦茎秆水分为51.3%时,其弹性模量为1 278.2 MPa,强度极限为64.6 MPa;茎秆干燥时其弹性模量为3 114.7 MPa,强度极限为78.0 MPa。[Objective] The aim of the research was to analyze the tensile ability of wheat stalk.[Method] With naturally-dried wheat stalk of 0158-2 in mature period with water content of 51.3% whose sheath was removed as materials,the tensile ability of wheat stalk was studied.[Result] The stress-strain curve showed that the stress gradually increased with the augment of deformation and rupture appeared when the stress reached the maximum.The load-time curve showed that the load showed a linear increase with the changes of time.And the load was increased with the augment of deformation.When water content was 51.3%,the elastic modulus range of wheat stalk was 1 012.0-1 511.0 MPa and the intensity limit range was 30.9-134.7 MPa.Under dying situations,the elastic modulus range of wheat stalk was 2 672.3-4 593.0 MPa and the intensity limit range was 29.8-119.0 MPa.The higher water content was,the smaller the elastic modulus and the intensity limit were.[Conclusion] When water content of wheat stalk was 51.3%,the elastic modulus of wheat stalk was 1 278.2 MPa and its intensity limit was 64.6 MPa.Under dying situations,the elastic modulus of wheat stalk was 3 114.7 MPa and its intensity limit was 78.0 MPa.
