IBA及热击处理对艳山姜切花保鲜效果的影响

摘　　要：[目的]为艳山姜切花保鲜提供科学依据。[方法]采用IBA不同的浓度及处理方式、热击及其与IBA组合处理艳山姜切花,研究IBA及热击处理对艳山姜切花保鲜效果的影响。[结果]100 mg/LIBA瓶插和150 mg/LIBA涂抹远轴端处理的艳山姜切花鲜重变化率下降最慢,明显抑制了花蕾脱落,延长了瓶插寿命。热击结合IBA复合处理对艳山姜切花瓶插寿命的延长效果优于热击单独处理,其中人工气候箱(35℃)热击0.5 h结合150 mg/LIBA涂抹远轴端组合处理的艳山姜切花瓶插寿命最长,花蕾脱落率最低。[结论]IBA、热击及其复合处理均能有效延长艳山姜切花瓶插寿命,抑制其花蕾脱落。[Objective] The aim was to supply scientific basis for fresh-keeping of Alpinia zerumbet cut flower.[Method] A.zerumbet cut flowers were treated by IBA with different concn.and treatment modes,and by heat shock and by combination of heat shock and IBA to study the fresh-keeping effects of IBA and heat shock on A.zerumbet cut flower.[Results] The vase treatments with 100 mg/L IBA and the treatment of smearing the distal pedicel with 150 mg/L IBA made the change rate of fresh weight of A.zerumbet cut flower be dropped most slowly,restrained the flower abscission obviously and prolonged the vase life.The prolonging effect on vase life of A.zerumbet cut flower in the combination treatment of heat shock and IBA was superior to that in single heat shock treatment,in which,the vase life of cut A.flower was longest,and the flower abscission rate was lowest in the combination treatment of heat shock in artificial climate chamber（35 ℃）for 0.5 h and smearing the distal pedicel with150 mg/L IBA.[Conclusion] The vase life for A.zerumbet cut flower could be prolonged and the flower abscission could be controlled efficiently with IBA,heat shock and their composite treatment.
