摘 要:[目的]为细菌在海洋环境监测评估及治理中的应用提供依据。[方法]于冬夏两季对天津渤海湾的3个河流入海口(青静黄排水河、独流减河和海河)的表层水取6份水样,对水样中理化因子与细菌指标的污染评价结果及其相关性进行了比较与分析。[结果]细菌指标与理化因子对污染指示结果有一定的相似性,均指示青静黄排水河河口污染较严重。利用SPSS软件的相关性分析表明,水环境中细菌指标与理化因子具有一定的相关性,其中异养菌数与COD呈显著正相关性(P<0.05),与DO呈负相关性(P=0.051);大肠菌群数与DO呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),与COD呈正相关关系(P=0.061),与NO3-N,盐度呈负相关性(P>0.05)。其他细菌指标与各理化因子的相关性不明显。[结论]由理化因子和细菌指标的污染评价结果基本一致。[Objective] The study aimed to provide the foundation for application of bacterial in monitoring,appraising and controlling ocean environment.[Method] Six water samples were collected in the estuaries of 3 rivers around Bohai Bay of Tianjian such as Qingjinghhuang River,Duliujian River and Haihe River in winter and summer.The result of appraising pollution in water samples by physico-chemical factors and bacterial index and their correlation were compared and analyzed.[Result] There was some comparability in the results of pollution indication by bacterial index and by physico-chemical factors and both of them showed that the estuarine pollution of Qingjinghuang River was the most serious.The correlation analyses by SPSS software showed that there was a correlation between bacterial index and physico-chemical factors,in which,the number of heterotrophic bacteria was significantly positively correlated with COD(P〈0.05),but negatively correlated with DO(P=0.051);the value of coliform group was significantly negatively correlated with DO(P〈0.01),but positively correlated with COD(P=0.061) and negatively correlated with NO3-N and salinity.There were some correlations between the other bacterial indices and each physico-chemical factor,but they were not obvious.[Conclusion] The results of appraising pollution in water samples by physico-chemical factors and bacterial index were basically identical.
