摘　　要：以陕西省大型灌区农业水价改革为例,分析了在水价改革中取得的成效及存在的主要问题,并对产生问题的原因进行深入分析,提出了相应的对策及建议。Taking the agricultural water price reform in large irrigation districts in Shaanxi Province as an example,the effects and existing major issues in the water price reformation were analyzed.Through thorough analysis of the causation of the existing problems,correlative countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
