摘  要:分别测定了2006年采自河北围场60株和黑龙江克山71株马铃薯晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯的敏感性水平,并同时从围场和克山各选取30株晚疫病菌株,测定这些菌株对精甲霜灵的敏感性。结果表明:围场和克山晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯均表现为敏感,两地菌株的EC50平均值分别为0.0750、0.0789mg/L,两地总菌株的平均EC50值为0.0771mg/L,该值可作为马铃薯晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯抗药性监测的敏感性基线。对精甲霜灵的抗性测定表明:在河北围场所测菌株中,敏感、中抗和高抗的比例分别为46.7%、46.7%和6.6%,最敏感菌株EC50值为0.0226mg/L,最高抗性菌株EC50值为169.7991mg/L;而在克山所测菌株中,敏感、中抗和高抗的比例分别为73.4%、20.0%和6.6%,最敏感菌株EC50值为0.0158mg/L,最高抗性菌株EC50值为24.3684mg/L。The sensitivities of 60 and 71 strains of Phytophthora infestans to azoxystrobin were assayed, which sampled from Weichang County, Hebei Province and Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province of China in 2006, respectively. And 30 strains chosen from Weichang and Keshan P. infestans populations, respectively, their sensitivities to metalaxgl-M also determined. The results showed that all strains were sensitive to azoxystrobin. The mean effective concentration(ECso) values of strains from Weichang and Keshan were 0.0750 and 0.0789 mg/L. The mean EC50 values was 0.0771 mg/L, which can be used as the base line-sensitivity of P. infestans to azoxystrobin. Among 30 strains from Weichang P. infestans populations, 46.7% were classified as sensitive, 46.7% as intermediate and 6.6% were highly resistant to metalaxgl-M, EC50 values of the most sensitive strain was 0.0226 mg/L, and EC50 values of the most insensitive strain was 169.7991 mg/L. Of 30 strains from Keshan populations, 73.4% were determined as sensitive, 20.0% as intermediate and 6.6% were highly resistant to metalaxgl-M, EC50 values of the most sensitive strain was 0.0158 mg/L, and EC50 values of the most insensitive strain was 24.3684 mg/L.
