摘 要:根据《城镇土地估价规程》的规定和国土资源部的要求,河北省国土资源厅对各市县的基准地价更新工作进行了统一部署,肥乡县国土资源局采用"综合定级,分类估价"的技术路线对城区基准地价进行了更新。阐述了基准地价更新的必要性,采用纵向和横向2种途径对更新后基准地价成果的合理性进行了分析,并提出了成果应用的建议。On the basis of the regularity of ' Regulation for urban land evaluation' and the demand of the ministry of land and resources, standard land price updating of different Counties and City was deployed by the ministry of land and resources. The urban standard land price was updated according to the technical route of comprehensive gradation, classification evaluation . The necessity of standard land price updating was elaborated. The rationality of standard land price updating achievement was analyzed by two ways. Some suggestions of application achievement were proposed.
