分光光度法测定伏牛山区楤木总皂苷含量

摘　　要：以齐墩果酸为对照品,利用分光光度法测定了楤木皮、木质部和髓中楤木皂苷的含量。结果表明:皮的皂苷含量最高,髓的皂苷含量最低。Using oleanolic acid as the control, the contents of total saponin in different parts of Aralia elata were measured by spectrophotometer. The result showed that the content of total saponin measured in the bark and pith of A. clara were the maximum and the minimum, respectively.
