摘　　要：依据漳河水库的特点和防洪调度的需要,提出了漳河水库洪水调度数据库设计的基本原则、方法和步骤,对数据库信息分类进行了分析,对操作系统进行了设计,并建立了友好界面和信息查询、维护系统。其特点主要有:模型驱动;包含了随机性与统计性的处理;信息的收集、利用、加工、分析能力较强;用户界面面对决策者;信息广泛,易于扩充;适应不同层次决策者的需要。Based on the characteristics of Zhanghe Reservoirs and needs of flood control operation, the basic principles,the methods and steps of flood operation database design of Zhanghe Reservoirs were put forward, the classification of database information analysed, the operating system designed, and a friendly interface, information retrieval, maintenance of system established. Its main characteristics： model-driven; containing randomicity and statistical property processing; having strong capabilities of information collection, use, processing and analysis; user interface facing policy makers; information extensive and easy extension; meeting the needs of policy makers at different levels.
