摘　　要：从强化"农民是主要服务对象"的观念、树立"大图书馆观念"和开展读书活动等方面探讨了县级图书馆为农村两个文明建设服务。This paper probes into county-level library＇s serving the two-civilization construction in countryside from aspects of strengthening the concept that the peasant is the main service object, establishing the concept of macroscopic library, and developing the reading activities, etc.
