摘　　要：阐述了医学科研档案的特点,分析了医学科研档案管理的现状,提出新形势下医学科研档案管理模式创新的思路。This paper expounds the features of medical scientific research files, analyzes the present situation of the management of medical scientific research files, and advances some new ideas for innovating the management mode of medical scientific research files under the new situation.
