颅脑超声诊断新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血的价值

摘　　要：目的评价颅脑超声在诊断新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血(PIVH)中的临床意义。方法应用新生儿颅脑超声专用探头对120例患儿进行检查,超声检出的PIVH患儿行CT和MRI检查以对照分析。结果超声检出PIVH共30例,MRI、CT对此30例病人阳性检出数分别为30例和23例,超声对PIVH的检出高于CT。结论新生儿颅脑超声对PIVH临床诊断有重要意义。Objective To assess the clinical value of neonate cerebral ultrasound in diagnosis of the periventricular- intraventricular hemorrhage（PIVH）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were examined by neonate cerebral ultrasound, and PIVH patients diagnosed by ultrasound were further examined with CT and MRI. Results Thirty PIVH patients were diagnosed by ultrasound. The detectable rate of CT and MRI for those 30 patients were 100% and 76.7%. Detectable rate of ultrasound in diagnosis of PIVH was higher than that of CT. Conclusion The neonate cerebral ultrasound has significantly value in diagnosis of PIVH.
