摘 要:在城市道路交通安全分析中,通过对交通事故中相关数据进行统计,发现城市道路交通系统中交叉路口的人车相撞是一种严重的事故形式,而能量释放论和轨迹交叉论能有效地用于对交叉路口事故进行安全分析。能量释放论能解释交通事故造成人员伤害的本质原因,不仅可以确定造成道路交通事故的前提条件,而且能将事故致因进行甄别,确定主次关系;轨迹交叉论则明确了交通事故发生的必要条件,并据此提出通过合理规划和科学管理,保证道路交通的参与方在时间或空间上具备各自的安全运行轨迹,是避免道路交通安全事故发生的根本途径。The statistic analysis on urban traffic accident data points out that an impact accident between vehicle and pedestrian is usually a serious casualty. Energy releasing and tracks crossing theories can be applied to urban traffic accident analysis effectively. The ultimate cause of personal injuries in a traffic accident is found by energy releasing theory. This theory can not only determine the premise of an accident, but also determine which part is the primary cause and which part is the secondary cause. Tracks crossing theory can describe the essential conditions of a traffic accident. The deep study based on tracks crossing theory finds that impact accidents in urban road traffic system can be basically avoided if vehicles and pedestrians have their own independent safe moving tracks in space or time through reasonable management.
