摘  要:目的:观察溃结灵对UC大鼠模型结肠粘膜超微结构的影响。方法:UC大鼠模型采用TNBS法,透射电镜观察结肠超微结构改变,生化法检测MPO活性。结果:模型组大鼠一般状况较差,电镜下结肠粘膜上皮表面的微绒毛变短,扭曲,甚至脱落,细胞器减少,细胞质液化溶解,腺上皮细胞间连接稍松散,杯状细胞,胞内颗粒呈排空状态;结肠粘膜MPO含量显著升高。溃结灵组和SASP组一般状况有所改善,结肠粘膜上皮表面的微绒毛基本完整,腺上皮间相互连接紧密,肠腺杯状细胞,胞浆内粘液颗粒较丰富;结肠粘膜MPO含量显著降低。结论:溃结灵对UC大鼠模型结肠粘膜超微结构有改善作用。Objections: To observe the effect of Kuijieling Decoction on uhrastructures in colonic mucosa of ulcerative colitis (UC) rats. Methods: The UC model rats were duplicated using trinitro benzene sulfonic acid. The ultrastructural changes of UC model rats were investigated by transmission electron microscope and the activations of MPO were measured with the biochemistry method. Results: In model group, the general states of rats were worse and the ultrastructures of colonic mucosa were subversion. In the colonic mucosal epithelium the microviUi were sparse, shorter, irregularly curled or fall off; the organeUes became fewer; the cytoplasm liquefied and dissolved. The links between epithelium were incompact. Some goblet cells showed evacuation. The levels of MPO in colonic mucosa of model group were obviously higher than that of normal control group( P 〈 0.01 ). In Kuijieling decoction and SASP groups, the general state of rats and the uhrastructural pathological changes were improved. Such as the microvilli on the surface of the mucosal epithelium were basically regular and intact , epithelia linked tightly, Mucous granules in goblet cells were more abundant. The level of MPO in Kuijieling decoction and SASP groups were decreased noticeably. Conclusion : The ultrastructures of colonic mucosa were improved in the UC rats by using Kuijieling Decoction.
