摘　　要：目的:研究丹莪妇康胶囊对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠的治疗作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用自体子宫内膜移植法建立EMs大鼠模型,丹莪妇康胶囊灌胃给药45天后观察其对对大鼠异位病灶面积、血清雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)和白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)水平的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,丹莪妇康胶囊病灶面积显著缩小,对血清E2水平影响不明显,但中剂量组能显著降低血清IL-8水平。结论:丹莪妇康胶囊对大鼠EMs有治疗作用,机制可能与降低血清IL-8水平有关。Objective： To study the effects of Danefukang capsule on rats with endometriosis （EMs）. Methods： To establish EMs model by rat self-endometriosis transplantation. The area of endometriotic tissue, the concentrations of serum estradiol （ E2 ） and interleukin-8 （IL-8） were measured after 45 days treatment of Danefukang capsule. Results： Danefukang capsule （0.50, 1.00 and 2.00 g/kg） dose-dependendy reduced the areas of endometriotic tissue as compared to the EMs rats. No changes of serum E2 level were observed in normal and experimental groups. The serum IL-8 level was significantly decreased ill the Danefilka~~g capsule （ 1.00 g/kg）. Conclution： Danefukang capsule has certainly effects on EMs rats, the mechanisms maybe were related to decreasing the serum IL-8 level.
