摘 要:目的:研究克癌新对荷瘤小鼠细胞因子水平的影响。方法:建立小鼠肉瘤S180和小鼠肝癌H22移植性肿瘤模型,采用Elisa法测定细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果:克癌新在150、300mg/kg时对小鼠肉瘤S180的生长抑制率分别为38.52%、47.88%,对肝癌H22生长抑制率分别为32.17%、40.18%,且能提高荷瘤小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数;克癌新能升高荷瘤小鼠细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-12、TNF-α的水平。结论:克癌新有体内抗肿瘤活性,其抗肿瘤机制可能与升高机体细胞因子水平有关。Objective:To study the effects of Keaixin on the level of cytokine in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The inhibitory effect of Keaixin on tumor growth was observed by the models of implanted sarcoma 180 (S180) and hepatoma 22 (H22) in mice. The levels of TNF-α,IL-2,IL- 6 and IL-12 in tumor-bearing mice was investigated by Elisa assay. Result: At dosage of 150 and 300mg/kg, the inhibitory rate of Keaixin is 38.52% and 47.88% for S180, 32.17% and 40.18% for H22, respectively. Keaixin can increase spleen index and thymus gland index, and enhance the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-2 ,IL-6 and IL-12. Conclusion : Keaixin exhibited significantly anti-tumor effect in vivo and the mechanism may be related to enhancing the level of cytokine.
