摘　　要：目的:研究小归芍超临界提取物对人胃癌BGC-823细胞Bcl-2、PCNA基因表达的影响。方法:通过培养人胃癌BGC-823细胞方法,采用Western Blotting分别检测Bcl-2和PCNA基因蛋白的表达量。结果:小归芍超临界提取物单用体外作用48h能够明显抑制人胃癌细胞BGC-823细胞Bcl-2及PCNA的表达,可能是其抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的机制之一。Objact： To study effect of expression of the extract of Xiaoguishao on the gene expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA in human gastric cancer cell line-BGC-823. Method： Human gastric cancer cell line-BGC-823 were treated with the extract of Xiaoguishao for 48h. The protein expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA was analyzes by Western blotting experiment. Results： The extract of Xiaoguishao could inhibited the expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA in human gastric cancer cell line-BGC-823. Conclusion ： The extract of Xiaoguishao has been showed to inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA. These might be the action mechanism of the extract, which inhibited tumor cells prolifration.
