健全和完善武汉禁毒工作机制的几点思考

摘　　要：禁毒工作机制是有效解决毒品问题的根本保证,是打牢禁毒基础工作的重要内容。随着武汉市中部崛起战略的实施,武汉社会经济总量不断提高,对外协作交流不断深入,毒品问题成为新情况、新问题,因此禁毒机制的健全与完善迫在眉睫。本文探讨如何按照"创新武汉"、"和谐武汉"的整体要求,发挥各职能部门优势,建立长效禁毒机制的相关问题。Drug control mechanism is the fundamental guarantee for effectively solving drug problems, is the impertant contents of current Three Basics project and foundation of drug control work. With the implement of rising strategy in central region of our city, social economy total quantity continuously increases, cooperation with other regions intensifies. Drug problems in Wuhan present new changes and features. Therefore drug control mechanism reform and development in Wuhan looms ahead. This paper makes discussions on how to utilize and exert superiority of functional departments and how to establish long - term mechanism of drug control work from the point of existent new situations and new problems in drug control problem according to integral requirements of ＂innovation Wuhan＂, ＂harmony Wuhan＂.
