试论日本文化外交中软权力的应用

摘　　要：日本政府认识到软权力的重要作用后,积极推行文化外交战略,在外交实践中充分运用软权力资源,效果非常显著。对于中国来说,文化外交的潜力还没有得到充分发挥,应该积极学习其先进经验,更加重视并不断加强文化外交,以更好地服务于我国和谐社会的建设。After the Japanese realization of the soft power＇s importance, they began to promote the cultural diplomacy strategy and make full use of the soft power in the diplomatic practice. The effect is very good. Referring to China, the.potential for cultural diplomacy has not been fully exploited and we should study their advanced experience. Also we should pay more attention to strengthen our cultural diplomacy to make more contributions to the construction of our harmonious society.
