摘　　要：采用正交试验法研制了一种新型中温高耐蚀磷化液,对磷化过程中各种影响因素和磷化液中各成分的作用进行了讨论,并总结了该配方的最佳工艺条件.得到一种高效、高耐蚀性、稳定、实用、无污染、低成本的中温磷化液。A kind of mid temperature phosphating solution with high corrosion resistance was prepared by an orthogonal test. The influence factors of phosphating and the functions of compositions in phosphating solution have been discussed in detail. The optimal phosphating conditions and formula have been obtained. The phosphating solution was high efficiency, high corrosion resistance , stable ,practical, non- pollution to as well as low cost.
