摘　　要：巴尔通体为革兰阴性菌,可通过媒介昆虫白蛉、跳蚤、体虱传播,致人巴尔通体病。主要表现为奥罗亚热和秘鲁疣、猫抓病、五日热、杆菌性血管瘤等。本文综述了巴尔通体的流行病学。Bartonella, a gram-negative bacillus, an spread through Lutzornyia verrucarurn, human flea, Pediculus humanus varietycorporis of insect vector and cause human Bartonellosis, whose symptoms include Oroya fever, Peruvian wart, Cat-scratch disease, Febris quintana, Bacillary angiomatosis et al. This article reviews the epidemiology of Bartonella.
