摘 要:目的调查齐氏姬鼠体表寄生蚤类构成情况,初步探讨齐氏姬鼠与其体表寄生蚤间的物种—样方(即物种—面积,以下均称物种—样方)关系。方法在云南省的19个县(市)进行现场抽样调查,统计捕获的齐氏姬鼠及其体表寄生蚤数。将齐氏姬鼠随机编号,并按每50只一组等分,统计每组所获蚤类种数。以捕获到的齐氏姬鼠数为X轴,蚤种数为Y轴绘制散点图。结果在齐氏姬鼠体表收集到10种蚤类昆虫。特新蚤和棕形额蚤为优势种。从物种—样方关系图可以看出,蚤种数随着齐氏姬鼠的个体数增加而增加。在齐氏姬鼠为200只时,蚤种数迅速增加到7种;齐氏姬鼠1 081只时,蚤类物种数缓慢增加至10种。结论蚤种数随着齐氏姬鼠个体数增加而增加,当齐氏姬鼠个体数量增加到一定量时,蚤种数仍然保持增长趋势,但增长速度渐缓。Objective To study the composition of ectoparasitic fleas and their species-plot relation with Apodernus chevrieri in 19 counties and towns in Yunnan, China. Methods Nineteen Counties in Yunnan Province were selected as investigated sites. The individuals of A. chevrieri and fleas were calculated. Every A. chevrieri was randomly numbered and every 50 hosts were merged as a random mouse group. All the flea species in each random mouse group were counted. In a rectangular coordinate system, X axis was used to scale the individual number of A. chevrieri while Y axis the number of fleas species. A scatter graph was made to illustrate the species-plot relation between the number of flea species and the individual number of A. chevrieri. Results Ten flea species were collected from the body surface of A. chevrieri, Neopsylla specialis and Frontopsylla spadix are the dominant flea species on the body surface of A. chevrieri. When the random mouse group (individual number of A. chevrieri) reached 200 mouse individuals, the number of fleas species rapidly increased up to 7 species. When the random mouse group went up to 1 081 individuals, the flea species slowly increased to 10 species, but keep an increasing tendency. Conclusion The number of flea species rapidly goes up with the increase of the mouse individuals of A. chevrieri in the beginning and then keep a slow increasing speed.
