摘　　要：本文概述当前世界上各种超小型同步辐射光源的发展现状,呼吁国内要积极组织力量,并在九十年代后期建造我国自己的超小型同步辐射光源,建立我国的亚微米集成电路生产基地。A general review on the development of the supercompact synchrotron radiation sources at present in the world is given in this paper. We appeal it is very important and anxions to construct the supercompact synchrotron radiation source and build the submicrointegrated circuit industrial base in China in90s.
