摘　　要：鉴于科技期刊的发展遇到国际化和市场化等诸多挑战,文章提出了通过完善的制度建设、以人为本的管理方式的实施、高素质编辑人才的培养以及良好的编者—作者—读者网络的建立来实现科技期刊的可持续高水平的发展,为科技期刊的更好发展提供可靠保障。The development of technological journal is challenged by internationalization and marketing problem. Four important factors for sustainable development of technological journal has been discussed in this paper：developing complete system,human contered manage- ment,bringing up high-level editors,and developing an editor-author-reader work net. All these are for the purpose of technological journal＇ s fast development.
