益气养阴解毒方治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤术后的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察以益气养阴解毒方为主治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:54例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,在接受手术、放化疗等治疗后给予益气养阴解毒方2个月;治疗前后分别观察患者的瘤灶及主要临床证候的变化情况。结果:54例患者的总有效率为12.96%,疾病控制率为72.55%;患者气阴两虚证候得到明显改善,有效率达71%。结论:以益气养阴解毒方为主的中医治疗对头颈部恶性肿瘤具有稳定病灶和改善临床证候的作用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of ＂Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction＂ on oral-maxillofaical and head- neck cancer. Methods： Fifty-four patients of oral-maxillofaical and head-neck cancer, who had received the treatment of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, were administered with ＂Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction＂ orally for two months. Both the tumor size and the clinical symptoms were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 12.96% and the disease control rate was 72.55%. While the clinical symptoms were improved significantly, with the effective rate of 71%. Conclusion： The therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on supplementing qi, nourishing yin and toxicity-removing can stabilize the tumor size and improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of oral-maxillofaical and head-neck cancer.
