旅游发展对县域经济的拉动效应分析——以广东第一“旅游强县”清新县为例

摘　　要：以广东第一"旅游强县"清新县为例,阐述旅游发展对清新县域经济的拉动效应,认为发展旅游休闲业是县域经济发展的出路之一。从经济效益方面看,可直接促进县域经济发展,扩大旅游乘数效应;从经济结构方面看,旅游发展可直接推动县域经济结构转型;从综合效益方面看,旅游发展还可促进生态环境保护与社会文化发展。最后,提出了"经旅互动"发展模式。With the rise of popular tourism and public recreation, especially driven by the urban leisure travel market, tourism and leisure industries have become a new approach to county economy development. Firstly, development of the industries can expand the tourism multiple effects and directly promote economic development of the county. Secondly, it can directly promote the transformation of the county economic construction. Moreover, in terms of the comprehensive effects, it may help to promote the environmental protection and development of social culture, which also contribute to economic development indirectly. In the paper Qingxin County is taken as an example to be studied, for it is known as ＂the First Strongest Tourism County＂ both in Guangdong Province and China. The impellent effects of the tourism industry development are explained. It is thought that the development of tourism and leisure industries is a good way to develop county economy. Finally, an ＂economy-tourism interaction＂ model is proposed.
