摘　　要：物业系统在建立质量管理体系时,首先应明确贯标的目的,同时在体系的符合性、充分性和有效性方面加以全面考虑。在物业管理工作中,物业管理者要基于"八项质量管理原则",既对管理职责、资源管理、产品实现及测量、分析和改进过程进行控制,同时,又对其相互关系进行控制。Property industry should know the purpose of carrying out the standards in establishing the system and take into full consideration of coincidence, sufficiency and effectiveness. In property management, it is required that property managers, based on ＂8 quality management principles＂, should not only control the managing responsibility, resource management, product application and measurement, and the process of analysis and improvement, but also the mutual relationship among them.
