摘 要:将二氧化硅溶胶与自制的二氧化钛溶胶按照一定的质量比混合,搅拌均匀后喷涂到洁净的玻璃表面上,在500℃下热处理30min得到了透明二氧化钛涂层。采用XRD和AFM分析了二氧化钛涂层的晶相结构和表面形貌,将涂层暴露在太阳光或者紫外灯下研究它们的光催化与亲水性关系。研究结果表明:添加质量分数为20%~30%的SiO2到TiO2溶胶中制备的二氧化钛涂层能有效地降低玻璃表面水滴的接触角,同时,SiO2添加质量分数为20%-30%时显示优良的光催化性能。由分析结果可知,二氧化钛涂层的光催化性能与亲水性呈现相关性,它们共同作用产生自清洁效果。Titania (TiO2) sol was prepared using TiOSO4. Silica sol was added to TiO2 sol with a certain ratio. TiO2 transparent coatings on glass were obtained by spray-coating technique and heat-treated at 500 ℃ for 30 min. The crystal structure and surface morphology of the coating were investigated by XRD and AFM. Their hydrophilic and photo-catalytic behavior ender exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet illumination were then studied. It is found that the addition of 20-30 wt% SiO2 to TiO2 is effective for reducing the contact angle of water. The optimum photo-catalytic character can be acquired by adding 10-30 wt% SiO2 to the TiO2 coating.
