摘 要:合成了一种含茚结构的有机生色团分子,通过红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析和紫外-可见吸收光谱对其结构进行表征,并通过溶剂变色法估算了βCTμg值,显示出较高的非线性光学性质。将生色团分子和ICTES进行加成反应制备获得硅氧烷染料,并和TEOS经过Sol-Gel反应制备出无机-有机杂化薄膜。使用原位二次谐波方法表征了薄膜的二阶非线性光学性能及其热稳定性,表现出良好的极化取向稳定性,凸现杂化材料的优势。Nonlinear optical (NLO) materials are of considerable interest for the development of electro-optic modulation, optical switching, data storage, and so on. Recently, hybrid sol-gel films exhibiting second-order NLO properties have attracted much attention due to their low optical propagation loss and feasibility of device fabrication, In this paper, a chromophore containing indanone was synthesized by Knoevenagel reaction between aldehyde and indanedione derivative, and then reacted with 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (ICTES) to yield an alkoxysilane dye. Their molecular structures were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, FTIR, and UV-visible spectra. Transparent spin-coated thin films were fabricated via the sol-gel process of alkoxysilane dye and TEOS. The NLO properties of chromophores and corona-poled films were analyzed by solvatochromic method and in situ second harmonic generation (SHG) measurement, respectively.
