摘  要:使用化学溶液制备技术在硅(100)衬底上制备出符合化学计量比的钼酸铋(α相)薄膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析的研究结果表明,所制备的薄膜具有单一的单斜晶相结构;利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对其表面形貌进行表征,验证了实验过程中溶剂的改变对薄膜结构和表面形貌产生的影响;使用荧光发射仪研究了薄膜在室温下的发光特性。结果表明,通过化学溶液制备技术可以制备出具有单一晶相的钼酸铋(α相)薄膜,该薄膜具有良好的光致发光特性。Stoichiometric bismuth molybdate thin films have been prepared on silicon (100) substrate by chemical solution processing. The characteristics of the crystal structure, the surface morphology of the thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. The influence of the processing parameters on the fabrication of the films was studied experimentally. The photoluminescence properties of Bi2(MoO4)3 thin films under UV light excitation at room temperature were measured. XRD reveals that the prepared Bi2(MoO4)3 thin films are good poly-crystalline. The experimental results confirm that the chemical solution processing is a cheap and high productive technique for preparing Bi2(MoO4)3 thin films.
