摘  要:先用共沉淀法制备了含有一定莫尔比的金属元素的氢氧化物沉淀,然后用热解氢氧化物沉淀的方法制备了石榴石薄膜,其晶粒尺寸在10~20nm之间。通过对不同温度下合成的Bi-YIG薄膜的分析及测试,发现晶粒的大小在10~20nm之间,法拉第旋转角和磁光优质分别可达3.6*104°/cm和6.7°。从X射线衍射(XRD)中可以看出,直接制备的纳米颗粒和Bi-YIG薄膜都是单一的石榴石相,合成比较充分。A new method of producing nanocrystalline high-Bi-content garnet films was introduced. The films composed of crystal grains with the size from 10 to 20 nm were successfully prepared by pyrolyzing coprecipitated hydroxide slurry. The Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images of hydroxide slurry and Bi-YIG particles at different pH value were got. The relationship between the size of finally obtained grains and the pH value was found. The Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of Bi-YIG films were photographed, and the B i-YIG films were tested with the X-ray diffraction. The influences of heat treatment temperature and time on the films' magneto-optical and optical properties were also investigated in detail. At the wavelength of 633nm, the maximum of the Faraday rotation and the figure of magneto-optical merit of the films reach 3.6* 10^4°/cm and 6.7° respectively.
