摘 要:制备了一种新的Ni2+掺杂La2O3-Ga2O3-Al2O3-SiO2(LGAS)透明微晶玻璃。研究了Ni2+掺杂微晶玻璃的光谱特性,发现Ni2+掺杂LGAS掺杂微晶玻璃具有较长的荧光寿命和较宽的荧光光谱,荧光中心位于1260 nm,荧光半高宽为320 nm,荧光寿命和受激发射截面的乘积为6.87×10-24cm2·s。分析认为,Ni2+掺杂LGAS微晶玻璃的超宽带荧光来源于高场态纳米晶中Ni2+的3T2(3F)→3A2(3F)。研究认为,Ni2+掺杂LGAS微晶玻璃可用作超宽带光纤放大器潜在的增益介质材料。A new Ni2+-doped La2O3-Ga2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 (LGAS) transparent glass ceramics was prepared. The spectroscopic property of Ni2+-doped glass ceramics has been researched. It is showed that the Ni2+-doped LGAS glass ceramics has a long lifetime and a wide spectrum of emission centered at 1260 nm with full width at half maximum of about 320 nm. The product of the lifetime and the stimulated emission cross section is 6.87×10^-24cm2·s. It is analysed that the observed super-wide emission of the Ni2+-doped LGAS glass ceramics could be attributed to the 3T2(3F)→ 3A2 (3F) transition of Ni2+ that occupy high-field sites in nano-crystallines. It is suggested that the transparent Ni2+-doped LGAS glass ceramics have been potential plus medium of super-wide amplifiers.
