摘 要:研究了YbF3对二元系统氟磷玻璃和多元系统氟磷玻璃结构的影响。结果表明,YbF3在氟磷玻璃中不仅作为掺杂体,也作为玻璃基本组成参与网络构筑。随着YbF3含量的增加,YbF3对二元氟磷玻璃结构的影响大于对多元氟磷玻璃结构的影响,同时多元氟磷玻璃具有较好的玻璃结构完整性,Yb3+离子掺杂多元氟磷玻璃有利于获得更好的光谱激光性能。We studied the influence of YbF3 on the structure of two-components system fluorophosphate glasses and multi-component system fluorophosphate glasses. Results indicate that YbF3 is not only a dopant, but also an intermedia glass former participating the network formation. With the increasing of YbF3 content, YbF3 has larger influence on structure of two-component fluorophosphate glasses than multi-component fluorophosphate glasses, and it is also showed that multi-component fluorophosphate glass has good glass network uniformity, and Yb3+-doped multi-component fluorophosphate glass is advantageous to obtain better spectral and lasing properties.
