摘 要:研究了偶联剂和碳酸钙用量对聚合物/纳米碳酸钙复合材料的动态流变性的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯/纳米碳酸钙体系的粘度和G′随偶联剂用量的增加而下降,随碳酸钙用量的增加,复合材料熔体的粘度先升后降,G′的变化不大;聚苯乙烯/纳米碳酸钙体系,随偶联剂用量的增加,复合材料熔体的粘度和G′先升后降,随碳酸钙用量的增加,复合材料熔体的粘度和G′均呈上升趋势。The influence of coupling agent and the content of nano-CaCO3 on the dynamic rheological behavior of polymer/nano-CaCO3 was studied. The results indicated that viscosity and storage modulus of PP/nano-CaCO3 composite melt were decreased with increasing of the dosage of coupling agent, while the viscosity of the composite was decreased with decreasing of dosage of nano-CaCO3. The viscosity and storage modulus were increased first but then decreased in PS/nano-CaCO3 by an increase of the dosage of coupling agent; and both were increased with increasing of the dosage of nano-CaCO3.
