摘　　要：电子元件的拆除是回收再利用废弃电路板的关键步骤。研究了液体介质中拆除废弃电路板上元件的过程,分析了实验的主要因素温度和时间对元件拆除率的影响。结果表明,各焊点的平均温度为215℃,电路板元件的拆除效果最好。The disassembly of electronic components is the key step to the discarded PCB＇s reuse. The process of disassembly discarded PCB components was studied in hot fluid, the affect of temperature and time of key experimental factors on dismantling ratio was analyzed. The experimental result indicates that the result is the best when average temperature of welding pot is 215℃.
