摘  要:文章探讨了微热管内表面烧结芯毛细结构的制造工艺,主要解决了烧结时芯棒固定和抽出及烧结铜粉颗粒的填入两大问题,并对烧结芯铜管/烧结芯微热管与普通铜管传热性能进行了比较实验,结果表明,采用改进的方案可大大提高生产效率,得到的烧结铜粉层已基本形成了均匀且界面分开的组织。相对于普通铜管来说,无论是在升温过程还是在降温过程,烧结芯热管具有良好的传热能力。It presents manufacturing process for sintered power wicks in micro heat pipe, and means for the fixation and extraction of sintered bar as well as infiUing of copper power. Experiments on heat transfer performance of micro heat pipe with sintered power wicks are done. The results show that the improved technology cart greatly improve the production efficiency and the sintered power copper wicks are even and the interfaces are separated. The experiments indicate that the heat transfer performance of micro heat pipes with sintered power wicks is much better than that of general copper tube, whether in the process of temperature rise and drop.
