摘　　要：研究了产品数据管理(PDM)系统产品结构与配置管理体系结构,阐述了产品结构的演变过程,分析了PDM基于产品结构和过程展开两个方面的产品配置内容和关系,实现了基于XML的产品结构信息描述、图元文件在XML文档中的处理及XML文档的数据库存储等功能,解决了产品结构与配置管理对象模型的构建、产品配置管理中的组合配置方法等关键技术,提出了基于XML结构的产品结构配置方法,并通过实例实现了PDM数据安全、高效地传输。It researches the construction of product structure and configuration management, presents the evolution procedure of product structure and analyzes the content and relationship of product configuration on product structure and process spreading in PDM system. The system functions include description of product structure information based on XML,process of metafile in XML document and storage methods of XML document in relational database. The key techniques including the construction of object models for the product structure and configuration management and hybrid configuration of the product configuration management are discussed. A new configuration method based on XML architecture is proposed and achieves the safety and efficiency of PDM data transformation by instance.
