摘 要:从我国主要烟区云南、贵州和山东烟草病株上分离到38个烟草黑胫病菌Phytophthora nicotianae var.nicotianae菌株,采用菌落生长速率法测定了这些菌株对霜霉威的敏感性。结果表明:霜霉威对38个菌株的EC50值呈连续双峰(主峰明显)频次分布,分布在2493.3~19625μg/mL之间,均值为9688.7±1396.4μg/mL;在离体条件下,烟草黑胫病菌对霜霉威的敏感性高,未出现敏感性下降的抗药性亚群体。频次分析表明,霜霉威对组成连续双峰频次分布主峰的25个菌株的EC50均值为7136.1±929.93μg/mL,可作为烟草黑胫病菌对霜霉威的敏感性基线。The sensitivities to propamocarb of the 38 strains of Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae collected from tobacco plants in Yunnan, Guizbou, Shandong, drovince of China were determined with the method of colonial growth -rate. The results showed that the frequency distribution of EC50 values to the 38 strains of propamocarb was bimodal with evident main peak and the EC50 values ranged from 2493.3 μg/mL to 19625 μg/ mL and the mean EC50 value (±Se×t0.05) was 9688.7±1396.4 μg/mL; there was high sensitivity in vitro to propamocarb in Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae and no resistant subcolony had been discovered. The results of frequency - analysis on sensitivity showed that the mean EC50 value (±Se×t0.05 ) of propamocarb to the 25 strains, which composed the main peak of above continuous bimodal distribution - sensitivity, was 7136.1±929.93 μg/mL, which could be used as the baseline -sensitivity to propamocarb of Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae.
