摘  要:目的探讨川芎嗪缓释剂穴位埋药(后简称埋药法)对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马区Fas蛋白表达的影响。方法用改良线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型,免疫组化法检测局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马区Fas的表达。结果穴位埋药组各时相组Fas蛋白表达均显著低于模型组,与电针组和腹腔注射组比较差异也较显著。结论川芎嗪缓释剂穴位埋药法能下调促凋亡基因Fas的表达,发挥神经保护作用,可能是穴位埋药抗局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后的神经细胞凋亡的机制之一。Objective: To Research the effects of embedding medicine in points on the expression of Fas in hippocampus of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (CI/R) . Method: Model of local ischemia is made by middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO), and the expression of Fas protein in hippocampus is assayed by immunohistochemistry. Results: Each time phase of embedding medicine in points group is significantly lower than model group. Compared with electroacupuncture group and injection group, the variance is prominent.. Conclusions: Embedding medicine in points can reduce the expression of Fas in hippocampus of rats with CI/R, which may contribute to the protection of ischemicneurons; it might be one of the mechanisms of anti - apoptosis neurons after cerebral ischemis - reperfusion.
