冠心病(心绞痛)辨证分型与ACEI/D基因多态性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨ACEI/D基因多态性与中国冠心病(心绞痛)辨证分型的关系。方法:检测冠心病气阴两虚、阴虚阳亢、痰瘀交阻各证型组及健康人对照组的ACE基因型(II、DD、ID),进行组间比较。结果:4组的基因型(II、DD、ID)经R×C的χ2检验,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。各基因型比较,CHD气阴两虚证型组II基因型的频率显著高于CHD痰瘀交阻证型组(P<0.05)、CHD阴虚阳亢证型组II基因型的频率亦显著高于CHD痰瘀交阻证型组(P<0.05),但气阴两虚证型与阴虚阳亢证型两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:ACEI/D基因多态性与中国冠心病(心绞痛)发病相关,且推测其中II基因型可能与其辨证分型中的阴虚证相关。Objective： To observe the relationship between ACE I/D gene polymorphisms and syndrome differentiation typing of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods： Detected ACE gene type（ Ⅱ, DD, ID） of CHD qi-yin deficiency group, CHD ）yin-deficiency and yang-haperactivity group, CHD stagnation of phlegm and bloed stasis group and the healthy and control group, and compared the differences among groups. Results： The gene types（Ⅱ, DD, ID） of 4 groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. The frequency of II gene type of qi-yin deficiency group was significantly higher than that of CHD stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis group（ P 〈 0.05） ; the frequency of Ⅱ gene type of CHD yin-deficiency and yang-haperactivity group was also significantly higher than that of CHD stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis group（ P〈 0.05） ; but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： ACE I/D gene polymorphisms is related with the attack of CHD angina peetoris and it is suspected that Ⅱ gene type of CHD may be related with yin-deficiency syndrome of syndrome differentiation typing.
